Osteopathic Considerations in Systemic Dysfunction.

This book is a compendium of amazingly ideas and concept which set the osteopathic profession apart from traditional medicine. I do not believe that osteopathy is " better" than the traditional mode- I have met excellent physician with both backgrounds. But the osteopathic model- at its best, can be a powerful tool, when used with the insight of great leaders in the field- i is: Ed Stiles, D.O., Fred Mitchell D.O. ( both senior, and junior), Loren Rex, D.O., etc., etc., etc. this book is a tribute to the profession, at its best. A fine reference.

By explaining the relationships between viscera and the Autonomic nervous system, the authors have been able to recommend an approach and treatment plan for many common visceral disorders. For any Osteopath who has a desire to explore the full power of Osteopathy and be confident in treating such conditions in their clinic, this book is a must.
